If a person has driven a motor vehicle despite an administrative decision suspending their driving licence and extending the suspension period to six months, the starost shall issue an administrative decision on:

1. Extend the driving licence retention period by another 6 months.

2. Extend the driving licence retention period by another 3 months.

3. Revoke the driving entitlement for a period of 5 years from the date of establishing that fact.
