If two children are being transported in the rear seat of a passenger car in safety seats and it is not possible to install a third safety seat, then:
1. It is impossible to transport the third child.
2. The third child may be transported if it is at least 3 years old and is restrained by means of a seat belt.
3. The third child may be transported if it is at least 5 years old.
