The driver of a vehicle registered in the territory of the Republic of Poland is obliged to carry and present at the request of a competent authority:
1. A driving licence retention receipt or a temporary permit.
2. A document stating the vehicle's roadworthiness.
3. A document confirming the conclusion of a third-party liability insurance contract for the vehicle owner.
