The driver of a vehicle registered in the territory of the Republic of Poland is obliged to carry and present at the request of a competent authority:
1. A document certifying the right to drive.
2. A document certifying the right to drive a vehicle other than a national driving licence.
3. A document certifying to the vehicle's roadworthiness.
