The driver of a vehicle registered in the territory of the Republic of Poland and possessing the rights issued by the authorities of the Republic of Poland is obliged to carry and present at the request of a competent authority:
1. A document confirming the vehicle's roadworthiness.
2. A document attesting to the right to drive.
3. A certificate attesting to a successful technical inspection in terms of equipping the vehicle with an alcohol interlock.
