The driver of a vehicle registered in the territory of the Republic of Poland and possessing the rights issued by the authorities of the Republic of Poland is obliged to carry and present at the request of a competent authority:
1. The vehicle registration document.
2. A document confirming the calibration of the alcohol interlock if the obligation to have an alcohol interlock results from the driver's licence.
3. A document certifying the right to drive.
