The holder of a driving licence for categories AM, A1, A2, and A is obliged to notify the starost of damage to the document to the extent that it is illegible, within:
1. 30 days of occurrence of the incident;
2. 33 days of occurrence of the incident;
3. 14 days of occurrence of the incident;
