The driver of a passenger car registered abroad and participating in road traffic on the territory of the Republic of Poland is obliged to carry and present at the request of a competent authority:
1. A document acknowledging the right to drive a vehicle other than a national driving licence.
2. Passport issued by the country in which the vehicle is registered.
3. a document confirming completion of the technical inspection.
