A vehicle registered in the territory of the Republic of Poland is removed from the road at the owner's expense if:
1. The vehicle is left in a prohibited place and does not jeopardise safety.
2. The driver fails to present a document confirming the conclusion of a civil liability contract.
3. It is driven by a person unauthorised to drive and where it is impossible to secure the vehicle by handing it over to the person inside the vehicle who is authorised to drive it.
