The driver of a vehicle registered in the territory of the Republic of Poland who holds a driving licence issued by the authorities of the Republic of Poland is obliged to carry and present at the request of a competent authority:
1. A proof of payment of the premium for the compulsory civil liability insurance of the vehicle owner.
2. A document certifying to the right to drive.
3. Other documents, if such an obligation results from a separate legislation.
